Nobody taught you how to run a house. Nobody taught Lily either.
Lily Runs the House is a weekly cleaning tracker built for brains that struggle to start. It has no catch-up pile and no guilt. Each day has one small theme and three Lilies to color or sticker: Wake-up, Tiny Clean, Landing.
How it works
- Pick your day. Each day has a theme.
- Set a timer for five minutes. Do the day's Tiny Clean. Stop when it rings.
- Add a sticker to a Lily. One Lily counts as a day.
- Bad day? Do step one only. Sunday is for rest, and rest counts.
The week
- Mon: Surfaces
- Tue: Kitchen
- Wed: Laundry
- Thu: Floors & trash
- Fri: Bathroom
- Sat: One zone
- Sun: Rest & plan
What's included
- Lily Runs the House weekly tracker, A6, hole-punched, reusable if using dry erase or stickers
- Welcome card with Lily's 7 Ground Rules
- 21 Lily stickers, enough for 1 week.
(binder not included)
Lily's 7 Ground Rules
Floor before ceiling. Timer, not willpower. Attach it to something you already do. Done is visible. Tiny steps, not catch-up. Sensory first. Rest counts.
