Rosie is the fluffy lavender monster who lives in that place where everything feels like too much all at once...the emails, the noise, the transitions, the unexpected thing that wasn't on the plan, the plan that changed, and the guilt about having feelings about all of it. She's round and a little spiky and somehow still has rosy cheeks, because even on the hard days there's still something soft in there.
